Goumet Dining At Its Best

The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati (www.cincinnati.hyatt.com) introduced a few of our wedding planners to their Chef’s Table. Called “The Taste of Winter”, we experienced gourmet dining at its best.

As we sat banquet style in their kitchen, the chef and his staff prepared several courses that would rival any five-star (don’t think we have one at present) culinary rating in this city. Each course presented  was truly a work of art. I actually saw the colors of winter infused in each course. Staying on top of the 2010 trends, the main course was  Rioja braised short ribs. So tender, it melted in your mouth!

We ended the lunch with a trio of desserts. Oh, my gosh! As my hubby always said at the end of a meal..”honey, that was gourmet dining at its best!”

If you are a bride seeking a venue that will rank high with your guests,  the Hyatt is where you want to look first.

I can’t wait for “The Taste of Spring”!
